Shipping

Most items are sent via UPS. Some are sent USPS depending on circumstances. Media Mail is available for media only shipments. It usually takes about 3-7 business days for you to recieve your items.
Express shipping is available for an extra fee. (Express shipping is not avaiable to p.o. boxes, international orders and similar circumstances).

How we ship your items will not change your shipping charges. You will only be charged the following prices.

Shipments to: Alaska or Hawaii - Add $7 Canada - Add $7 Other/International - Add $35 Express shipping is available to Continental USA - Add $15 Plus 20% of the subtotal Media-only USA shipments - $2.75 for the first item and $0.50 each additional

You won't be charged any more than the maximum you see here for shipping, no matter how much you get.

Item Availability

While we closely watch our inventory, occasionally an item is ordered that is out of stock. Because of this, we reserve the right to replace any out of stock item with a substitute.

If your order is found to have an item that's out of stock, we will contact you ASAP to discuss an alternative item or other way to make you happy. We do NOT charge your credit card until we are sure every item is available.

Privacy

Your safety is very important to us. We know that if you feel safe, you will do business with us again and again.

To that end, we will NEVER give your credit card info or shopping choices to any company for any reason. We will do everything possible to keep your information private and confidential.

Did you know that many "state of the art" web sites send your order to them through email? This is very insecure. Not here. At RubakShopping.com, your order is retrieved directly from the computer through a secure custom interface. No emails or internet traffic for thieves to intercept.
